In Newgen Software, a provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, has been included in the Ovum Decision Matrix Report 2011 as one of the top three value for money BPM vendors and ranked fourth overall on the user sentiment dimension.
The report states that the greatest strength of Newgens BPM suite is its ability to support content-heavy processes. It goes on to point out two other distinct aspects of Newgens BPM suite its long history of working with SAP applications and its professional services arm.
The report highlights the qualities of the suite like its flexibility, scalability and global business readiness. The report also made special mention of two elements of the suites roadmap, namely Cloud-hosted BPM and Case Management.
