In Stellar Data Recovery has released its new Phoenix PDF Password Recovery V1.0 package, which can help IT managers and users recover lost or forgotten passwords of protected portable document format (PDF) files.
Most often we tend to protect our business critical data by hiding or assigning a password to the document. As a human tendency, we tend to forget things. Keeping our customers requirement and urgency in mind we have released this tool to recover back lost and forgotten password of PDF files. The tool ensures successful recovery of the lost PDF password, irrespective of its complexity," said Sunil Chandna, CEO, Stellar Information Systems Ltd.
The tool uses algorithms such as Dictionary attack and Brute Force attack, and also comes with options like character filter and mask that enables users to recover faster and efficiently. In addition, it can decrypt any protected PDF file and allows them to reset PDF passwords by removing all permission settings. The tool supports Adobe Acrobat versions 2.0 to 9.0.
