In IBS Software Services, a specialized provider of solutions for the travel, transportation and logistics segment, has acquired Bengaluru-based Moveo Systems, which focuses on human interaction solutions for airport and enterprises.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the announcement.
Moveo will become part of IBS Software Services and Sankalp Saxena, Moveo Chairman and CEO, will become the President, Aviation Operations Services (AOS) for IBS. AOS comprises the following Lines of Business: Airline Operations, Cargo Operations, Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Services, and Airport Operations.
