SAP Labs India, the second largest R&D center for SAP, the worlds leading provider of business software solutions has been placed fourth in the Dataquest CMR Best Employers Survey 2011. SAP Labs has achieved high ratings in company image; organisational culture; gender inclusivity; infrastructure; employee satisfaction; dream company to work for; and its contribution to sustainability.
About 3,337 employees from across 38 top international and Indian MNCs participated in this years survey and were questioned on parameters such as company image, work culture, job content, appraisal system, salary, training and gender inclusivity. The results from the HR survey and Employee Satisfaction survey were combined to arrive at a composite score.
