Next 100 gave me visibility within the company

The Next 100 Award was well appreciated by the VP- IT & HR in the company. I got more respect from by subordinates and form my colleagues. The communication went to my VP-IT from IT NEXT 100, helped me gaining score to get nominated for the promotion. It also helped me to prove my skill and talent.I felt very proud and was much happy when VP-IT got a book of award winners and he called me to show my photo in that book. Next 100 gave me visibility within the company and has given me the confidence to attain the role of CIO of which I dream off.

Personalized analysis report on my strong points and area to improve helped me a lot. I started focusing on area to improve and to convert them into strong point. Same helped me in moving toward next level. Each and every point is very clearly identified and explained in the report.

Also due to Next 100, I became a part of future CIO network and made lots of new friends. I also got access to very good articles on Next 100 website. I learned alot.

On the personal front, my wife, son, mother and father are so happy with this achievement that I can barely explain. They are today also showing proudly the award to all guest that visit my place. My all friends congratulated me.

Currently, I am applying my learning and hoping for the CIO award from 9.9 Media in the days to come.
