RaaS, a business continuity planning or BCP offering, is designed to take full responsibility of the entire recovery process with skilled operations staff driving solution deployment, performing 24/7 monitoring, troubleshooting and recovery testing to ensure that the failover environment is ready in case of any prolonged outage.
In case of such an outage SunGard also performs full recovery within contractually committed SLAs.
