Infosys launches Finacle Advizor

Bangalore: Infosys Technologies has launched Finacle Advizor, an integrated platform for banks to deliver products and services through a fully assisted Internet capable self-service banking channel.

According to a company release, the solution intends to provide banking customers a self-service channel, like the Internet, kiosk and ATM, for real-time access to their banking activities like account inquiries, fund transfers, credit card and mutual fund payments and remittances.

The solution uses IP convergence and Web 2.0 technologies to integrate the self-service channel through video, audio and data communication and co-browsing, much like service experience of a branch.

It also promises to deliver triple play and collaboration capabilities of Web 2.0 to banking, the company said.

Finacle Advizor provides banks a channel to offer high-touch, personalised and interactive services to customers, Haragopal Mangipudi, Global Head (Finacle) at Infosys Technologies said.

He further added that the solution can significantly increases operational efficiency at a fraction of the total cost of ownership. The solution can even help banks reach remote and non-banking population by enabling human interactions through self-service kiosks, he said.
