In 'Next 100 was a self-realization process, through which I indentified my key strengths'
Next 100 has been an important milestone in my career. I remember the day, I began to answer a series of questions to enter and register my name as an IT Next winner. The questions were an insight into my 25 long years of my career life and I in the process of answering, I actually began to discover myself. It was a self realization process for me. I was able to identify my strengths which I had always ignored and thought it was my workforce area and I was really delighted to identify my strength. My work improved and there was a remarkable change in my attitude for which I earned applause.
Thanks to Next 100, I learnt to be confident to apply my strengths and improve my working to become a leader, a patient listener. My contact horizon has increased which is a great help for me as my performance level has gone high. People have great belief in me and value my presence, advice and my working conditions.
In fact, the increase in personal contact has helped me in the growth of my company which I have started recently.
Going further, my aim is to gather experience from the benefits, grow and become a successful entrepreneur.
