In 'Next 100 has egged me to take on more challenges'
Next 100 has had an absolute positive impact on my career. The award caught attention from my immediate management who had appreciated my efforts on being selected as one of the Next 100 Future CIO and have also given importance to my views on key decisions from there on.
There are lot many things that I learned like, its not only the technical or leadership prowess takes you to the next level, visibility within and outside your circle is another key area which helps to progress faster. Next 100 certainly helped in a major way to provide me that visibility.
Another area which I learned from Next 100 is event management. The way, they conducted the mega event without a minor flaw amazed me. It displayed their professional expertise, meticulous planning and unmatched coordination efforts to bring the jury members, awardees, sponsors from various parts of India at one location.
The selection process and the individual preparation helped to understand my inner strengths. CTPI (Psychometric Test) certainly helped to identify my core competencies, strengths and the gaps that need action. Next 100 create a platform to network with your peers and enhance the reach of your professional network. Next 100 really boosted my confidence levels & egged me to take on more challenges.
Going ahead, I will continue my journey to achieve what I aspire to. Next 100 upgraded & recharged my batteries to take on this challenge aggressively
