Most forward thinking telecom executives have concluded recently - "We need to build (sell) Cloud services!" - including those who have been in the industry long enough to claim that Cloud is a fancy word for internet. This executive-only lunch meeting gathers up to 40 well-informed telecom industry executives to discuss why, how, and with whom to build cloud services.

The discussion will be led by Huawei and their startup partners as they describe their latest mobile cloud services for SMBs and how they collaborated to define and build a new suite of mobile value added services in record time.

Todays meeting will examine how a few companies, working together, can form fast partnerships to build innovative solutions in the Cloud. In this Case Study on Huaweis new mobile cloud value added services, we'll see how a handful of Silicon Valley telecom players rapidly banded together to build an SMB service offering where the SMB could set up a corporate account, an app store, and app services on managed devices from iPhone, netbooks, Android, and more. Huawei identified their collaboration partners through the Telecom Council, and within a few months, Huawei, Ondeego, MobileTribe, and C2Call had established a collaborative effort to meet the needs of SMBs.
