Facebook pages are getting an upgrade that will make them look and work more like user profiles

New Delhi: Facebook Pages are getting an upgrade that will make them look and work more like user profiles. These new features will "help you manage communication, express yourself, and increase engagement," Facebook said in a blog post.

Pages are "for organizations, public figures, businesses, and brands to connect with people in an official, public manner," Facebook says in the pages manual. Facebook announced in a blog post that the revamped pages will have a lot of the same features that are included in the redesigned profiles that launched early this year.

The new Pages allow you to "Login as Page" and post and comment as that page. For example, a reporter here could log in as PC Magazine and comment as if he or she was the publication. Additionally, pages are able to like one another. So PC Mag could "like" Starbucks on Facebook.

Page admins can tour new pages as of today. Switching over is optional until March 1, when all pages will automatically change to the redesign.

Facebook said it will "develop even more features and improvements for pages over the course of the coming months. Nike Air Max 720
