New Delhi: Targus Technologies, a IT solution provider, is currently on an expansion drive. The company is keen on stepping-up its footprints in markets across the globe and is now targeting Australia, Japan, Singapore and Africa.
The companys operation in Singapore has already begun with a new office that opened up a few months ago in Singapore.
Under its expansion plans, the company is targeting at various kinds of clients, namely the large corporate and telecom operators overseas. To boost its business opportunities outside India, Targus has established an International Business Group (IBG). The latters core specialization is to discover and garner clients with mutual goals and aspirations world over. Adopting the direct client approach model, the IBG of Targus Technologies is working consistently towards identifying companies outside India, which require System Network Integration, Disaster Recovery Solutions and even simple Manpower Outsourcing so as to increase its overseas client base.
The company has plans to spread its wings and accomplish business development across verticals such as commercial and mid market clients, particularly those pertaining to the telecom sector. In future, Targus Technologies may come up with tie-ups with companies in the aforementioned countries.
According to Col. (retd.) Balwinder Singh, Director, Targus Technologies, Targus Technologies is looking forward to a vigorous expansion drive across the globe. Envisioning our future plans, we recently chose Singapore to operate in Southeast Asia and opened an office there, as Singapore offers a strategic location. Also, we are focusing on Australia, Japan and Africa. The latter has a huge potential as it is still a developing market. Though Australia and Japan are developed markets, we still find a lot of scope for us there and we are expecting to enter into a consortium with like-minded companies in order to boost our proliferation.
