IBM has launched its Watson Customer Engagement (WCE) services, its AI-powered enterprise marketing cloud solution from its cloud datacenter in India. According to IBM, with the launch of this new service, IBM will become the only company in the world to offer “AI - powered” enterprise marketing cloud services locally from a datacenter in India.
With this new initiative, IBM’s Indian customers will be able to host their marketing data on its cloud datacenter, which gives them proximity, scalability, and more importantly helps them meet regulatory requirements.
