The portal claims to list only senior jobs and has a rigorous screening process to ensure that each job is genuine. Employers and recruiters, too, are assured of reaching the right talent as every resume is hand-screened to ensure the authenticity and reliability of profiles posted on the portal.
According to the company, HeadHonchos turns the traditional job site model on its head and charges candidates a subscription fee to apply for jobs. This model is intended to discourage less serious or unqualified candidates from applying to senior jobs. By assuring employers that only the right kind of candidate will apply for senior roles, it ensures that each profile receives the time and attention it deserves.
