The platform provides data, insights and analytics to HR decision-makers, to CEB. Talent Neuron was conceptualized and developed in-house at Zinnov for the last 2 years.
Talent Neuron is a HR decision making platform that exploits Big Data principles and methodologies to enable companies plan, build and optimize their global talent.
Besides, the platform provides comprehensive data, insights and benchmarks that are quintessential for talent planning and acquisition. It also leverages data across 610+ locations, 7,500 companies, and 20.1 million professionals, serving 10 domains, 140 functions and 700+ skills.
