In New Delhi: HCL Infosystems has annouced that it has set up a new Enterprise Resource Centre (ERC) at Puducherry.
According to the company, the ERC would be the part of remote infrastructure management (RIM).
The ERC will be using and deploying various remote support and management tools that will virtually allow HCL to control and manage the customers entire IT operations off-site, informs the company.
By setting up the ERC, HCL claimed to become the first ICT Company to set up a knowledge hub in Puducherry.
