NICE launches Workforce Optimization in Cloud

The offering addresses growing market demand and customer need for flexibility

Given how workforce management remains one of the least automated processes across a large number of organizations, solutions provider continue to come up with innovative offerings to tap into the opportunity. One such vendor, NICE Systems has just announced the launch of a Cloud-based Workforce Optimization (WFO) suite which offers full capabilities for Recording, Quality Management, Analytics, Workforce Management, Performance Management, Incentive Compensation Management, and Voice of the Customer, all deployed in the Cloud.

The vendor is offering these solutions via both a Hosted as well as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model to provide customers greater flexibility, lower upfront costs, and faster implementation.

According to NICE, the WFO suite offers customers several key benefits including Cloud deployment at lower upfront cost, easier upgrades to the latest versions of the software and easy of use and maintenance. The Cloud WFO suite also supports hybrid integrations of on-premise and Cloud-based applications. For example, a customer can easily complement an on-premise NICE IEX Workforce Management solution with Cloud-based Interaction Analytics, Performance Management, or any other Cloud-based application.
