Genpact has deployed workforce management solutions from Kronos to effectively run time and absence management processes for many of its employees in multiple countries.
In addition to using time and attendance and absence management solutions from Kronos, Genpact also uses Kronos time clocks in its Philippines and U.S. locations.
Kronos workforce management solutions support Genpact's rapid growth globally by helping to control labor costs, minimize compliance risk, and improve workforce productivity.
Kronos' ability to scale up to a global employee base and yet be locally relevant was one of the main reasons Genpact selected Kronos, the company said in a communication. Kronos' global deployment capabilities enabled Genpact to implement the solution across multiple countries including India, the Philippines, and the U.S. As a result of the successful implementation, Genpact will subsequently roll out Kronos to an additional 10 countries in Asia and Europe.
Kronos integrates to Genpact's deployment of an Oracle HR and payroll system for seamless management of employee data.
