In 'The highlight of Next 100 was the leadership test'
The Next 100 award has givenmuch recognitionand confidence to me. It is a great sense of achievement and while look back in my career, I am happy and satisfied that efforts I have put in my career were on right direction. On personal front my wife, parents and sisters are very happy and show off theNext 100 award to all guest come to our place with a pride.
The Next 100 given me confidence and satisfaction and which is priceless. The leadership test has given strength and weakness areas to improve upon. Confident, satisfied and ready to take up more responsibilities in future. I am working to improve on weak areas identified in leadership test. Our appraisal cycle is started and I am hopeful about promotion this year. For me, the highlight of Next 100 was the leadership test.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
