In 'Next 100 was a turning point in my life'
Next 100 gave me a feeling of adaptability & self-reliance, a sense of responsibility, a confidence to accept & do more. Respect from peers & recognition from industry leaders. It was indeed a turning point.
Albert Einstein said Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value. I was successful in my past but realized the meaning of success when started being valued by others post getting this award. Next100 gave me a confidence to stand & do more for myself & the organization. It gave me multiple opportunities to learn new trends & products in the market. Introduced me with big tycoons as mentors in the market & I learned thru their experiences
While I have seen increased respect from my peers and more job openings for which I could apply, the greatest benefit for me - personally - is the process of learning that I embarked upon when I decided to become certified for Next100.
I personally feel that, Next 100 was to testify your inner self which also ignited a wick of a stagnant career to start once again. Today I feel more refreshed & ready to chase new heights. In my opinion such an award is good start of a big road which says: a long way ahead
Next step is to learn & impart your past learning for the betterment of the organization you work for. Good thoughts, hard work & morals these are the three factors that I keep on following & will follow in all of my future endeavors.
Next100 was one of the best thing happened for our career & we really owe the credit to 9dot9 for this. We also expect some more in future too. As they say, the show must go on.
