In 'Next 100 is like the Oscars of IT'
Deciding to apply for Next 100 award had certainly been one of the best things Ive done. The fruits of hard work and dedication were presented in the way of NEXT 100 award. Being one of the youngest NEXT 100 award winners, I had surpassed all the expectation of people around me. NEXT 100 awards also gave me the recognition in IT industry and the organization I work in. My organization, colleagues & my professional peers now look forward to me for out-of-the-box solutions for their problems at all levels.
One of the best things I learnt from Next 100 is their Project Management skills; the first year planning for NEXT 100 awards at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad has been a phenomenal success. All the people involved in this process have done a commendable job. NEXT 100 awards have raised my expectation to deliver higher quality work and unique approach towards work and life. Next 100 award has certainly enhanced my thought process and given me the extra edge which is something we all strive for in our life
Post the award, I have been entrusted with additional roles and responsibilities in our organization and the growth has been like a challenging goal & experience for me. My organization has recognized and appreciated my NEXT 100 award and promoted me to Asst. General Manager IT. I have got the perfect balance of life every human strives to achieve. I have a beautiful family, a wonderful workplace and an excellent personal life. What more could anyone ask for!!
I am eagerly waiting for Grooming the CIO, a leadership management program which is planned for all NEXT 100 Winners in association with one of the top B-School. All the IT champs out there looking to discover their hidden potential, Next 100 (2011) is a must, its like the Oscars of IT.
