In 'Thanks to Next 100, I was introduced as Future CIO at my new workplace'
Due to Next 100, I gained tremendous respect from the internal as well as external stakeholders of the organization. The quality of work assigned to me changed drastically as I got more of leadership assignments within my organization. Thanks to Next 100, in my new organization, I was introduced as the Future CIO to my team. It was a huge confidence booster and expectations are set straight with the team working with me.
At the award ceremony, I met several industry leaders and champions as they were part of the jury. It always feels great when you are appreciated by the C level executives within the industry. Also meeting potential CIOs was an experience in itself. As a result of Next 100, a lifelong relationship was formed with the group, where we can share thoughts and information with like minded individuals, subsequently enhancing professional knowledge.
Going ahead, I am looking forward to the management program in association with Top B-School of India.
