In 'Miles to go, and Next 100 is the first step'
We are living the value Spiritual and Personal Growth in the RSWM. i.e we strive to continuously work towards our spiritual & personal development in order to achieve our personal aspirations which are in the interest of the organisation. NEXT 100 gave me a real platform to perform the said value in a practical way.
The most important thing that I learned due to Next 100 is that Nothing is impossible. If you have faith in God and keep continue perform good karma, success would be on your feet one day, surely.
Next 100 award gave me a platform to show seniors , colleagues , friends and relatives that Winners dont do different things they do the same things differently
Besides, overall recognition, the award also gave me, aatamshanti i.e self satisfaction . I cherished a dream of becoming a CIO by the age of 40. NEXT 100 is the step in that direction, by recognizing me as INDIAs future CIO and that too in a grand function and recognition in front of so many IT professionals , media etc. This was the most magical moment till date for me as well as for my parents , spouse and children who were watching this grand ceremony live on the website.
Going ahead, Next 100 is not the end but just a beginning . As Frost says in that immortal poem, I have promises to keep and miles to go before I sleep and miles to go before I sleep. There are miles to go, and Next 100 is the first step.
