MUMBAI: Content security provider Websense has introduced a unified security architecture, Triton security platform, for enterprises.
The architecture combines web, data and email security technologies into a single platform to deliver unified content analysis and management.
According to the company, the architecture aims to protect organisations and their essential information from blended threats and targeted attacks and eases the administration process and lowers total cost of ownership.
It adds that, the architecture integrates enterprise-class data loss prevention (DLP) technology into web security gateway and email security solutions, delivering Content intelligence, a real-time analysis and classification of inbound and outbound content.
The security architecture intends to provide protection from incoming threats including zero-day web exploits and malware, and outbound risk such as data loss, acceptable use violations and non-compliance for regulated data.
Triton also delivers TruHybrid, a unifying policy management and reporting infrastructure across on-premise, security-as-a-service (SaaS) and hybrid deployment models.
