Olive launches 3G enabled Netbooks

Priced at INR 23000, the netbooks are available through Tata Teleservices and BSNL

New Delhi: Olive has launched its new series of 3G enabled netbooks in India. The company has tied up with Tata Teleservices for its EVDO based netbooks and with BSNL for its HSPA based netbooks.

Olive Telecommunication, under its new brand, Olive Convergence, has launched 3G embedded netbooks in the country. The company has tied up with Tata Teleservices for its EVDO based netbooks and BSNL for its HSPA based netbooks.

Priced at 23000, the wi-fi enabled 3G netbooks are powered by Qualcomm's QSC6085 chipset and Intel Atom N270 processor, discloses the company statement. Furthermore, the products are having 1-GB DDR2 memory and 160-GB HDD, and comes with Windows XP as an operating system.

The next lot of products are expected to come in next month and will have Windows-7 and Intel's newly launched silicon based processor, the company informs. Off White X Vapormax Flair
